Peter V. Guaetta
Peter V. Guaetta’s practice encompasses real estate law, litigation and bankruptcy. In over 20 years of experience representing clients, Peter has become an authority in his chosen area of residential foreclosure and post-foreclosure resale with representation of mortgage origination companies, several national and local lenders as well as buyers and sellers of residential real estate. Peter has participated in continuing legal education seminars and was selected and participated as a moderator in a recent Consumer Bankruptcy Forum held by the American Bankruptcy Institute.

Audrey Benson’s primary practice area is real estate which includes representation of national and local lenders as well as individual buyers and sellers. Her practice includes representation of national creditors in matters relating to foreclosure including representation of lenders in post-foreclosure residential re-sales. Audrey’s practice area also includes residential real estate transactions, representing buyers and sellers. She represents several national and local lenders in mortgage originations and re-finances, including writing title insurance policies with several national title insurance companies.
